Our Chef

Chef Jessica Crum Grajo, born and raised in Honesdale, PA, is thrilled to return to her hometown. After graduating from The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY with an AOS in Culinary Arts, she began her culinary career in Hawley. With a remarkable 25-year journey that spans from the global flavors of Napa Valley, CA to Martha’s Vineyard, MA, Chef Jessica has honed her skills in various kitchens. For the past 15 years, she has been working at the CVS corporate headquarters kitchen in Rhode Island. Now, she is excited to showcase her culinary diverse dishes for the community and can’t wait to see you all!
